Our company currently does not accept any returns due to subjective reasons from buyers. Please understand. (Reason: Our company is unable to sell the returned inventory normally again)

One Product quality issues (not caused by logistics reasons):
(1) Unable to use - compensate 100% of the value of the goods;
(2) Does not affect use (such as appearance damage, color, deformation...) - compensate for 30% of the value of the goods;
(3) Missing accessories, unable to use - compensate 100% of the value of the goods;
(4) Lack of accessories does not affect use -<1>If there are accessories in stock, they will be reissued< 2>. If there is no spare parts inventory in the warehouse, compensate 30% of the value of the goods

2. Distributors provide information (the following content must be accurately provided)
1. Outer packaging photo (complete, used to determine if damage is caused by logistics reasons)
2. Photo of express waybill
3. Single product label S code (to determine if it is our company's product)
4. Take photos of the actual product
5. If there are issues such as inability to use, power on, or light up, a video must be taken to prove it

PS: Recently, it was discovered that returns were made without prior contact. However, after the return was received at the warehouse, there were issues with the product and it was unable to be put on the shelves. As a result, we were unable to contact the buyer. Our company proceeded to dispose of the returned product, and the distributor will bear the cost and will not issue a refund.
